Sales Terms and Conditions
The Sales Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship established during the purchase and sale of goods between the customer of the website fiziogym.lv (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and the owner of the online store fiziogym.lv, SIA “REHATHINK” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
The Sales Terms and Conditions comply with the current laws of the Republic of Latvia and may be supplemented if necessary (in case of disputes or lack of information).
In addition to the general terms and conditions, the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by fair trade principles, additional product information, and the rules described in the “Warranty” section.
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these instructions and product prices. If the Buyer places an order before such changes come into effect, they do not apply to that order unless required by law or applicable instructions at the time of ordering.
By placing an order on fiziogym.lv, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Sales Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
Product images on the online store are for illustrative purposes only. While the Seller strives to display product colors as accurately as possible, the Seller cannot guarantee that the Buyer’s device screen will accurately reflect the actual product colors. The Buyer understands that products may slightly differ from their images.
Product packaging may differ from what is shown in the online store images.
Unless otherwise stated, all products offered in the online store are available.
The Seller reserves the right to set minimum and/or maximum order quantities for specific products within a single order.
Personal Data Processing
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Since the Privacy Policy contains important terms, the Buyer is advised to read it carefully and ensure that all provisions are clear and acceptable.
Pricing
Product prices on fiziogym.lv are listed in euros and do not include delivery charges. Delivery costs depend on the method selected during checkout.
For EU countries, all product prices exclude 21% VAT.

Shopping Cart and Order Placement
The shopping cart is activated when the Buyer clicks the “Add to cart” button.
Adding products to the cart does not obligate the Buyer to purchase them.
The Buyer can adjust quantities or remove items from the cart as needed.
Products in the cart remain available to other customers until the order is confirmed and paid.
To place an order, the Buyer must access their cart, where selected products and delivery information are displayed.
During checkout, the Buyer selects the preferred delivery method. Accurate contact information must be provided to avoid delays, misunderstandings, or additional delivery costs.
Payment
The Buyer can pay for products:
a) by bank transfer to the Seller’s account specified in the proforma invoice;
b) by credit or debit card.
For legal entities, it is recommended to include the company registration number for faster payment processing.
If paying by card, the Buyer must confirm the payment within 24 hours of clicking “Order.” Failure to do so allows the Seller to cancel the order, assuming the Buyer has withdrawn from the contract.
Products are reserved, and the Seller starts processing the order:
a) upon receiving payment confirmation from the Buyer’s bank;
b) immediately after order confirmation, as per point a.
Delivery
Delivery is a paid service unless the Seller offers free delivery for a limited time.
The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details.
Products are delivered by partners of SIA “REHATHINK”; the Seller does not handle deliveries directly.
Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the package condition. If damaged, the Buyer should inspect the products and contact the Seller at rehathink@gmail.com or +371 20880528 if necessary.
The Seller cannot guarantee delivery according to the specified terms, especially if products are out of stock. However, the Seller will make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.
Liability and Force Majeure
SIA “REHATHINK” is liable for damages caused by violations of these terms, within the scope defined by Latvian law.
The Buyer is similarly liable for damages caused by breaching these terms.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).
The Seller does not compensate for moral damages related to delivery times, price changes, or other modifications described herein.
Other Conditions
The Seller uses the Buyer’s personal data solely for order processing and does not share it with third parties, except delivery partners or where required by law. The Seller reserves the right to send the Buyer news and promotional materials.
In situations not described here, both parties act according to applicable laws regulating their relationship.
Disputes are to be resolved through negotiations first. If unresolved, either party may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts.
